Crowbar
» Damage: 10pts/hit

What else could you ask for? I know you probably want something with more of a kick, but come on let me hit you with this in the head and see what you do.
The crowbar is the first weapon in the game you will be able to use. Use it on crates, glass, or anything else that needs to be destroyed or broken. It may not be a powerful or efficient weapon, but if you're ever out of ammo, it's always there for you.

Glock 9mm. Pistol
» Damage: 8pts/hit » Ammo: 17/250 (Shared with MP5)

Heh, you think they would leave this gun out, I mean come on! Well this bad boy will hold 17 shots per clip and if you go running out in the beginning of the game unloading clips at anything that moves well lets say you'll be back using that crowbar before you know it.
It has a secondary fire, firing much faster at your target, with a minor accuracy sacrifice.

.357 Magnum
» Damage: 40pts/hit » Ammo: 6/36

Now this is the powerhouse, you can hold 6 rounds in this bad boy. But you better have a damn good aim, because ammo this is hard to come by. But if you're a dead on shot, and you put one piece of lead in your targets head, he'll hit the ground, and you won't have to worry about him again.

MP5
» Damage: (Pri) 5pts/shot (Sec) 100pts/grenade » Ammo: (Pri) 50/250 (Shared with Pistol) (Sec) 10 Grenades

The MP5 is your machine gun based weapon in Half-Life. Personally it was my favorite weapon in HL; it can spit out around 10 rounds a sec. Also it has a grenade launcher built in free of charge, and this feature can do some serious butt kicking.

Assault Shotgun
» Damage: 5pts/bullet [Max 6 Pri, Max 12 Sec] » Ammo: 8/125

Scared? Well pick up a shotgun, and stick it in someone's face and pull the trigger. So what did that get you? I'll tell you what it got you; it's called a dead enemy! The shotgun is your all around weapon, its good to carry if your not the rapid fire type.

Crossbow
» Damage: 50pts/arrow » Ammo: 5/50

This is one crossbow I bet you won't find laying around anywhere. The crossbow is the sniper dream, the points on the bow are explosive, and if you use your secondary fire you can use the zoom command to get a better shot at your enemy.

RPG (Laser Guided Missile)
» Damage: 100pts/rocket » Ammo: 1/5

Ever heard of heavy artillery? Well if you haven't I suggest you pick this bad dude up! The RGP you use by a laser point and it does one good slice of damage to anything you shoot.

Gauss Gun
» Damage: 20pts/shot (Pri) High Damage (Sec) » Ammo: 100 (Shared with Gluon Gun)

Black Mesa Experiment. The Gauss gun is a rapid firing gun, and if you use your secondary fire, and let this baby charge, it'll kill almost any enemy, and even go through walls!

Gluon Gun
» Damage: 14pts/uranium point » Ammo: 100 (Shared with Gauss Gun)

Another one of those Black Mesa Experiment's. The Gluon gun uses a beam to incinerate anything in its path. You hold this stream on an opponent, and you might as well as put another scratch in your kills!

The Hive-Hand
» Damage: 8pts/wasp » Ammo: 8/Unlimited

Pretty good gun, for medium to long range, but its hard to kill someone with this gun if they are good at dodging. Secondary fire doubles the rate of fire, but it don't chase down your enemies.

Fragmentation Grenade
» Damage: 100pts/grenade » Ammo: 10

You see your enemy, but you can't get a good aim on them? Throw a Grenade in there with them, and hell you might get the other one you didn't see!

Satchel Charges
» Damage: 150pts/satchel » Ammo: 5

You a Camper? Well this weapon is for you if you don't need to use it to blow open something big. Set one of these things down on the ground then run off, and wait for someone to come by and remotely set it off, gets them every time.

Trip Mine
» Damage: 150pts/hit » Ammo: 5

Here someone behind you? Set one of these on the wall and run off. When someone walks through the laser it sets off a bomb, and it'll do a good deal of damage to them.

Snark
» Damage: 10pts/attack » Ammo: 15

These are some ugly ass things, but they do the job! Throw a couple of these things down at your enemy, and it'll take them down with no trouble at all! Beware... if it doesn't find an enemy to get, it'll come after you!
